Most of the people Waymarks works alongside do not require personal care and are thus not covered by CQC inspections and regulations.
However, we believe the five CQC pillars – Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led – are as relevant for these people as they are for others in the social care system. So we set ourselves the target to perform against these pillars for everyone.
And because a small number of people we work alongside do require personal care, our offices are inspected by CQC.
If you are unhappy, we will take this seriously. In the first instance, you should speak to your support worker or manager. In most instances they will be able to solve the problem.
