Waymarks is a registered charity number 1133664 and company number 6967283. As part of Dimensions Group, the Waymarks and Dimensions boards are co-terminus (the same.)

Those of our services which fall under the definition of delivering personal care are regulated by CQC.

Most of the people Waymarks works alongside do not require personal care and are thus not covered by CQC inspections and regulations.

However, we believe the five CQC pillars – Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led – are as relevant for these people as they are for others in the social care system. So we set ourselves the target to perform against these pillars for everyone.

And because a small number of people we work alongside do require personal care, our offices are inspected by CQC.

If you are unhappy, we will take this seriously. In the first instance, you should speak to your support worker or manager. In most instances they will be able to solve the problem.

If they can’t, or if you remain unhappy, you can speak to your Operations Director, or write directly to the Managing Director of Waymarks by email: or by post.

Or, if you want your concern to be raised anonymously, you can take advantage of our confidential, independent whistleblowing service. The number to use is 0800 915 1571. This service is available 24 hours a day and ensures the confidentiality of the person raising the concern
