Waymarks employee survey results show great promise

Waymarks’ latest employee survey provides great encouragement as we continue to develop the organisation in line with the transforming care agenda.

The survey gave our employees the chance to feedback anonymously on their thoughts and experiences working for Waymarks.

100% of respondents said that they enjoyed coming to work, while 92% of respondents said they had confidence in the leadership group – a strong sign of trust and confidence in the future.

Similarly, 92% of respondents agreed that the organisation delivers a high quality service and our overall measure for staff engagement exceeded the benchmark point by 28%.

Steph Thompson, Managing Director of Waymarks, said: ‘These survey results are so pleasing, and highlight the talent and commitment of the people we work alongside. If one measure of the health of a social care organisation is the motivation and belief of its staff, then Waymarks is very well set for the future.’
